Payments
All payments for our services must be made in advance, and we accept payment by credit card, wire transfer, or other payment methods as agreed between Luxe Travel and the client. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Any taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by government or regulatory authorities will be added to the final price.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are happy to work with our clients to accommodate changes to their travel or event plans. However, we have a cancellation policy in place to protect our business and our clients. If you need to cancel your travel or event plans, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, cancellation fees may apply.
